I had a lot of questions, and while some took a while to get answered, it was a great opportunity to explore the software's features on my own.There were a few hiccups with the tax calculations initially, but it was a valuable lesson in understanding the complexities of payroll systems. Since September, I've been actively working with ADP to ensure our paystubs comply with Minnesota's 224 pay stub requirements. Just days away from the deadline, I was informed that they couldn't add what I was asking for. This was surprising, but it also highlighted the importance of state-specific requirements in payroll management.Despite the challenges, I would still recommend ADP Workforce Now. It's important to remember that no system is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. What's commendable is that they have recently followed up to rectify the issue. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt and improve. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but one that's been filled with learning and growth!

In the spirit of maintaining clear communication, I reached out to PayCor, our payroll processor, to discuss the duplicate credits that had occurred due to their vendor's error. I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate acknowledgment of the issue. They were open and honest about the situation, which I greatly appreciated. PayCor suggested a practical solution - withholding the duplicate amount from the next paycheck. This seemed like a fair and straightforward way to handle the situation. They also gave me the option to return the duplicates under ACH rules, which showed their flexibility and willingness to accommodate different solutions. What really stood out to me was that PayCor did not debit any additional funds for the duplicate credits sent to employee accounts. This showed me that they truly value their clients and are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in their business relationships. While the situation was not ideal, I was impressed by PayCor's proactive approach and their commitment to finding a solution. Their response has reinforced my trust in their services, and I look forward to continuing our partnership into 224 and beyond.

Overall, Dayforce has been able to meet my needs and the support team is always available when I have questions. My TAM has made the transition to Dayforce smooth and turned my daily issues into learning and resolving opportunities instead of frustrations. Dayforce is the closest I could find to a one-stop solution that still meets my needs. Having so much data in one place allows for powerful reporting. However, I wish Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents, as it would make setting up and maintaining onboarding documents much easier. I switched to Dayforce HCM because I was a previous Ceridian Source customer who left due to ACA needs, but was unhappy with the support at ADP and was happy to return to Dayforce.

Many thought that the entire company used the calendar year, which is impractical for us as everyone would rush to take their holiday in December, leaving us understaffed. My account manager only contacted me to ask for a review, ignoring my technical issues. I was able to start using the software quickly, but then lost time due to several bugs. I found the system easy and quick to implement and was impressed with its ability to accurately assess my MBTI type with few questions. The price was reasonable for a small business. However, the assessments were hard to differentiate between candidates. I added some custom questions that weren't HTML friendly, which invalidated the entire assessment. I had to ask the candidate to retake the assessment, which reflected poorly on me. Tech support had to fix my specific test, but I'm worried about whether they will re-code the platform to accept multiple 'spaces' in a question. I feel the platform is too new to be reliable. Tech support didn't provide me with another credit after an assessment was invalidated. The tests were too difficult for more junior positions and there were few options to customize the delivery of.
