Top-Notch HR and Payroll Solutions from an Exceptional Company
I absolutely adore Netchex! I've been a user for around 7 years. I initially used it at my former job and when I transitioned to my current job, I knew it was necessary here as well. The software we were previously using was outdated and I was aware of Netchex's superiority. It wasn't long before we implemented it here and everyone has been consistently amazed by the services it offers. Netchex has been outstanding, particularly during the new ACA regulations and the COVID-19 situation. The software is extremely user-friendly and simplifies our tasks in HR/Payroll significantly. Honestly, I can't find anything to dislike about this software. We switched to Netchex because our previous software simply couldn't match the services Netchex provides.

Netchex has effectively integrated many aspects of our daily operations, including our payroll processes. It has simplified and automated our recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and many other processes. Thanks to Netchex's setup and customization, we've achieved smooth integration across multiple departments. The implementation was a substantial process, requiring some trial and error to resolve the issues. There are many things it can do, and part of the process was figuring out how to make it do what we wanted, aligning our logic/approach with the existing setup.

I find Netchex to be user-friendly and more than just a payroll software service. I've moved almost all of my HR functions to Netchex, from recruiting to onboarding to COBRA - it does it all! I value having a dedicated service team for each client, ensuring there's always someone familiar with my account to assist me. I typically submit my issues or queries through their online portal for record-keeping, but I can also call them directly for urgent matters. They even create a case for me for tracking purposes. The only drawback I've noticed is that their innovative new product offerings tend to be in development and testing longer than advertised. I'm always eager for more!

Improved from its Initial Version
Overall, my experience with Netchex has been relatively smooth recently, despite encountering some bugs in the past. I value the ease of clocking in and out of work, which only requires my username and password. However, I've observed occasional glitches and loading issues when trying to punch in or out. It also logs me out if I don't punch in immediately.

I find Netchex incredibly useful for our employees as it allows easy access to their data and assists in managing our daily tasks. I adore the entire system and struggle to identify the best feature due to the numerous ones I value. The system is user-friendly and provides many training videos for assistance. If I'm uncertain about a feature, I can always contact their customer service, which I think is the best I've ever experienced. I genuinely have no dislikes about Netchex!
