I think Namely is fantastic, timely, professional, helpful, and friendly. I find the HRIS system easy to manage and understand, and our employees like the feed. The customer service is top-notch - they're very helpful and friendly. I also like the eSig feature. However, I'm not keen on Namely Time as I wish it was simpler to use. I also wish that Namely had integrated background check providers and a built-in ATS system. I chose Namely mainly because of their customer support system, which gives me confidence in using their product. I appreciate their response to my review and their commitment to addressing my concerns.

I recently purchased a sticker that arrived in no time at all! It didn't come with instructions, but that just gave me the perfect opportunity to explore some DIY YouTube tutorials. It was a bit of a challenge at first, and I didn't get it right on my first try, but hey, that's all part of the learning process, right? The sticker's design is absolutely stunning, and I was so excited to use it. I did have a bit of a hiccup with it, but I'm confident that the customer service team will be able to help me out. I've read some mixed reviews, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and staying optimistic. I did try to reach out via the contact number on the site and through email, but haven't heard back yet. I'm sure they're just swamped and will get back to me soon. Can't wait to give it another go once everything is sorted out!

I really value Namely's visibility for our staff and its back-end functionality. There's plenty of e-learning available, but our admin users require machine walk-throughs for full comprehension. Namely provides helpful YouTube videos for this. We transitioned from Paychex to Namely due to Paychex's difficult usability and inconsistent customer service. They failed to understand our complex company and our non-profit needs. I appreciate Namely's response to our review and their efforts to enhance our e-learning experience.

My overall experience with Namely has been largely positive. I value their updated customer service center which offers relevant articles to my inquiries. Their customer service representatives are typically quick, courteous, and friendly. The software is user-friendly for our employees, featuring an intuitive system that makes profiles, performance management, PTO, and onboarding tasks visible. However, I have encountered some issues with the software. We've brought up concerns about illogical system-generated responses in the performance management system, but these have not been addressed. Despite this, I still receive emails asking for my approval even when the review is incomplete. I selected Namely for its flexibility with performance management and ease of use. I appreciate their response to my review and am glad they value my feedback. I'm also satisfied with their new Pod Service Model, designed to enhance client experiences.
