It provides excellent integrations, simple onboarding, and many benefits that our company utilizes daily. However, I must express some dissatisfaction due to their subpar customer support. Unless you're a large company, you don't receive a dedicated support member and are left to navigate their ticketing system for payroll, benefits, etc. This can be quite frustrating. Additionally, their team appears reluctant to accept responsibility and rectify their errors when serious problems occur. Given the high cost, I would anticipate much better service beyond the technology.

I think Rippling is excellent! Its reports have saved me a lot of time for end-of-year business projections and my employees quickly understand the onboarding process. I wouldn't go back to the old way. The software is very user-friendly and integrates with our accounting and timeclock/scheduling software. It's cloud-based and has great customer service reviews. I like how HSA's are funded at the start of the month. I chose Rippling because it integrates better with QuickBooks and HomeBase, and it's an easier platform to navigate.
