As a small business owner, I made the switch from My Pay to Paylocity based on the recommendation of my accounting firm. I was initially drawn to Paylocity due to some challenges I had with My Pay. I've found that reaching out to Paylocity can sometimes be a bit of a process, but it's clear they're committed to resolving any issues that arise, even if it takes more than one attempt. This has taught me the importance of planning ahead to meet payroll deadlines.During the setup process, I was promised top-notch customer service and I must say, they've delivered in a unique way. I've had the opportunity to interact with their diverse customer service team, which I believe is based in the Philippines, primarily through email. This has been a new and interesting experience for me.The setup was a collaborative effort between my CPA and Paylocity, and it's been a learning curve for all of us. It's clear that there are some areas we need to improve on, but I'm confident that we'll get there. I'm considering making some changes to my CPA and payroll company, not because they're not doing their job, but because I believe there's always room for improvement. Despite the challenges, I appreciate the expert advice I've received, which has been a significant investment for my business at $5. I am absolutely thrilled with Paylocity! My company transitioned to them from ADP about six weeks ago. We are a freight brokerage with several subsidiary trucking companies, and as the main driver who helped the CEO build the trucking side, I've had a unique perspective on the process. I've noticed a few unique features with Paylocity, including the issuance of four paper checks that are exclusively cashable at Chase Bank. This is a distinctive approach that ensures secure transactions. Moreover, as of Saturday the 14th, most of our drivers and office staff are eagerly anticipating their current deposits. I've had a constructive conversation with the CEO about the potential of sticking with Paylocity, as I believe in their capacity to adapt and improve. Paylocity has been transparent about the initial hiccups, taking full responsibility and assuring us of immediate resolution. I am confident that they will deliver on their promise today. It's refreshing to see a company that values accountability and is committed to rectifying issues promptly. I am convinced that with Paylocity, we are in capable hands and look forward to seeing how they will help our business grow. Their commitment to their word is a testament to their integrity.

We transitioned from ADP to Paylocity and it's been fantastic. The company is knowledgeable and their customer service is quick and well-informed. The software is extremely user-friendly and payroll tax returns are easily accessible. I strongly recommend switching from ADP to Paylocity, as the conversion process was straightforward. Overall, it's an excellent company.

Access Your HR Details with Paylocity!
I appreciate being able to modify and adjust employee punches in real time with Paylocity as a supervisor. I can easily view timesheets and track everyone's hours. Although the app could use some improvements, the website is user-friendly and provides easy access to tax information and pay stub printing. I value the features Paylocity offers, such as timekeeping, W-2 and tax information, wages, time off requests, and daily punches, as they can all be accessed conveniently by each employee at their own pace. The timekeeping features are wifi (IP) address specific, allowing employees to clock in/out from their own devices. My main issue with Paylocity is that it rounds punches up or down depending on the actual minute on the hour, which I believe should be counted as they are. Additionally, the app can be quite problematic.
