I used to dread the payroll process when it was handled by a company. It was a terrible time of the month for me. Now, with Factorial, the process is much simpler and communication with the payroll staff is clear and fluid, resolving any doubts instantly. What I appreciate the most is the platform's ease of use and understanding. Anyone can find what they need or register on the platform. The payroll process is easy to complete and the payroll staff are very attentive. I also appreciate that I can use the platform for more than just payroll, such as recruitment, documentation, and sharing documents with employees. However, I do have some issues with the main product, which I believe is the payroll. I miss some functionalities like making last-minute changes directly in the payroll, which currently requires starting the process over. I also wish I could create different document folders online. I believe this feature is available, but in a different package. I chose Factorial because the platform was easier to use.

Unjustly billed for an entire year without reimbursement.
The platform itself was decent, albeit basic, which prompted us to switch to another one. The real issue began when we cancelled our subscription in October 222, but were still billed for the full year. Despite contacting customer support and receiving numerous excuses for the delay in reimbursement, we have yet to receive a refund after five months and countless follow-up emails. Customer service has stopped responding to us.

I had a very engaging conversation with a salesperson who passionately explained the benefits of the Factorial platform. The team was so enthusiastic about their product that they followed up with numerous calls and emails, which showed their dedication and commitment. They were eager for me to experience the benefits of their platform, even though I explained that we were not in a financial position to do so at that time. Their persistence was a clear indication of their belief in the product and their desire to help businesses like mine. Six months later, after the salesperson had moved on, I was pleasantly surprised to receive calls again. It's clear that the team is driven to make sales and are committed to maintaining relationships with potential clients in their database. Their platform initially piqued my interest and I'm still considering it for the future when our budget allows. Their tenacity has left a lasting impression on me and I appreciate their dedication to their product and potential clients.
