I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate acknowledgment of the issue. They were open and honest about the situation, which I greatly appreciated. PayCor suggested a practical solution - withholding the duplicate amount from the next paycheck. This seemed like a fair and straightforward way to handle the situation. They also gave me the option to return the duplicates under ACH rules, which showed their flexibility and willingness to accommodate different solutions. What really stood out to me was that PayCor did not debit any additional funds for the duplicate credits sent to employee accounts. This showed me that they truly value their clients and are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in their business relationships. While the situation was not ideal, I was impressed by PayCor's proactive approach and their commitment to finding a solution.
