My trainer is fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and always ready to assist us. Implementing BigChange was challenging and took about six months to roll out, partly due to my busy schedule. I'm impressed with the software's functionality and its ability to store all our customer details, job details, and job tracking. However, it can be complex to perform several separate actions needed for an automation to work, often requiring a call to Road Crew.
