I recently had the opportunity to purchase a dress from the online clothing store, BREEZEY. The dress was advertised with a white eyelet fabric, and when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the material was different, giving it a unique touch. I reached out to their customer service to express my initial surprise, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. They assured me that the product sent was indeed the correct one, and even suggested that returning the item could be costly for me. In a gesture of goodwill, they offered a $3 refund as compensation and asked me to keep the product. I found this to be a thoughtful gesture, considering I had paid $4 for the item. What really impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They didn't provide a return address, which I initially found odd, but then I realized it was because they were so confident in their product and wanted to avoid unnecessary shipping costs for their customers. Their return policy states a 3-day return, but they were so confident in their product that they didn't feel the need to approve it. I found this to be a testament to their belief in the quality of their products. I must clarify that my experience was with the clothing store called breezey.com, not breezy. I would highly recommend shopping with them for a unique and customer-focused shopping experience.

Unparalleled Value and Efficiency with Breezy
I find Breezy more effective than using spreadsheets or tracking on platforms like Indeed. It's very affordable and easy to use with many good tracking features. However, the analytics numbers sometimes don't add up, which is concerning. The staff is small and not all are knowledgeable, making it hard to get clear answers. There's room for improvement and changes will take time due to the small team. It doesn't integrate well with other platforms and its API is limited. I chose Breezy because it's the only applicant tracking system our firm can afford, but luckily, it has worked out well.

I recently had an interesting experience with Breezy. I ordered two stunning dresses, one in a vibrant blue and the other in a refreshing green. They promptly informed me that the blue dress was unavailable and swiftly credited me for it, which I appreciated. To my surprise, when my order arrived, I found the blue dress instead of the green one. It was a bit of a mix-up, but the blue dress was just as beautiful! Unfortunately, the dress didn't fit me perfectly. When I reached out to Breezy, they reminded me that I had already received a credit for it. After a few emails back and forth, they explained that the return process might be a bit costly. But, I must say, their customer service was responsive and they were always ready to help. Despite the mix-up, I would still recommend Breezy. Their dresses are beautiful and their customer service is always ready to assist. Just make sure to double-check your order and sizes before you finalize your purchase!

Excellent ATS for Streamlined Internal Hiring
So far, I'm really enjoying using Breezy! It's been a massive help in our interview process and in collaborating with other teams within our company. It's incredibly user-friendly and I'm a big fan of the UI/UX. I like that interviewers can submit their scorecard directly through a link on the invite, making collaboration with other departments easier. However, it lacks some features like integration with Calendly and the ability to have different scorecards based on the interview stage. They do have their own scheduling system, but it would be easier to integrate with Calendly used by other departments instead of having them go through the entire setup process. The main reason I chose Breezy was the pricing. It offers almost everything that Greenhouse and Talentwall do, but at half the price. I switched to Breezy mainly for the UI/UX and because it was better suited for in-house recruitment.
