The software enables employees to access their data online, removing the need for me to distribute anything. We only utilize the payroll products, which are pricier than what we used to pay - nearly twice as much. We opted for Paychex Flex because the salesperson was persistent and nice. We switched to Paychex Flex due to the constant turnover of account representatives, which was not a pleasant experience.
