My experience with Zenefits has been satisfactory. It effectively handles necessary tasks like payroll and contractor payments, as well as payroll taxes and government reporting. However, I find it quite expensive for a small business, especially since we don't use most of its features. The service has also been slow, for example, it took a month to update a new payment method after my business credit card expired. During this period, I had to manually write checks and couldn't use the service. I switched to TriNet Zenefits due to the cost of Justworks, which was around $85 per employee per month after sudden price increases. This pricing was not sustainable for a small business.

An Adventurous Journey with Zenefits: Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Opportunities
My experience with Zenefits has been quite an adventure! I had an interesting interaction with the customer manager from ClubZen/Trinet Zenefits. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about my completion of the trainings and the reward points I had earned. I had the opportunity to explain that I had completed these trainings even before joining ClubZen and had even passed the professional certificate exam from Zenefits. There was a bit of a mix-up as these were not recorded and my reward points were temporarily removed. But this gave me a chance to engage more with Zenefits customer care. They were proactive and took the initiative to file a report to ensure the issue was properly addressed. This led to a dialogue with my employer, which was a great opportunity for me to showcase my commitment to professional development. I even took a day off to resolve this issue, which turned out to be a refreshing break from my routine. Zenefits has been a rollercoaster ride, but it's all part of the journey. I'm excited to see what comes next with Zenefits!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Zenefits
I find Zenefits to be quite frustrating and time-consuming. Although its ease of use and digital app for employees are beneficial in saving HR time, the customer support is extremely poor. I have limited communication and unresolved open cases. My account representative is pleasant but not very helpful. When I talk to a live technical representative, I receive varying opinions which is confusing. Uploading the renewal of Benefits package is overly complicated and despite asking for help, I've received no response. They close cases without resolving them. The after-sales support is really poor, which is when it's most needed. I switched to TriNet Zenefits for its mobile app for employees and vacation tracking.
