Google Workspace: Great Product, Pity About the Support
I've been using Google Workspace for over 15 years and while it's a good product overall and offers good value for money, the customer service and support has significantly declined over the years. They now outsource their support to India, resulting in communication issues due to language barriers and a lack of understanding about the product. This often leads to incorrect advice, costing me money or lost data. Phone conversations with them are frustrating as they assure me they will solve my problem, despite not understanding it. Partner support is even worse, being unreachable by phone and taking weeks to months to respond to urgent issues. Often, they just redirect me back to Workspace support.
