Since September, I've been actively working with ADP to ensure our paystubs comply with Minnesota's 224 pay stub requirements. Just days away from the deadline, I was informed that they couldn't add what I was asking for. This was surprising, but it also highlighted the importance of state-specific requirements in payroll management.Despite the challenges, I would still recommend ADP Workforce Now. It's important to remember that no system is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. What's commendable is that they have recently followed up to rectify the issue. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt and improve. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but one that's been filled with learning and growth!

In the spirit of maintaining clear communication, I reached out to PayCor, our payroll processor, to discuss the duplicate credits that had occurred due to their vendor's error. I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate acknowledgment of the issue. They were open and honest about the situation, which I greatly appreciated. PayCor suggested a practical solution - withholding the duplicate amount from the next paycheck. This seemed like a fair and straightforward way to handle the situation. They also gave me the option to return the duplicates under ACH rules, which showed their flexibility and willingness to accommodate different solutions. What really stood out to me was that PayCor did not debit any additional funds for the duplicate credits sent to employee accounts. This showed me that they truly value their clients and are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in their business relationships. While the situation was not ideal, I was impressed by PayCor's proactive approach and their commitment to finding a solution. Their response has reinforced my trust in their services, and I look forward to continuing our partnership into 224 and beyond.

Dayforce is the closest I could find to a one-stop solution that still meets my needs. Having so much data in one place allows for powerful reporting. However, I wish Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents, as it would make setting up and maintaining onboarding documents much easier. I switched to Dayforce HCM because I was a previous Ceridian Source customer who left due to ACA needs, but was unhappy with the support at ADP and was happy to return to Dayforce.

APS Payroll: Pros & Cons
The sales promises for APS Payroll were high, but the reality exceeded my expectations. It's superior to most systems I've tried. Given its price, functionality, and delivery, it's a suitable system for small to medium-sized employers. The additional options enhance the system in my opinion. It's very user-friendly and the layout is easy to navigate. It's also accessible on mobile devices. Customization can be a bit challenging, but the company is open to collaboration, although it may take time to develop any custom features, if they're available at all. I primarily chose APS Payroll because of its cost. Overall, the system fulfilled our needs. We switched to APS Payroll for updates and upgrades. I appreciate the positive response from the vendor and I'm pleased that our payroll processes have been simplified with their unified platform. I look forward to continuing to have a great experience with APS.

The customer service is top-notch - they're very helpful and friendly. I also like the eSig feature. However, I'm not keen on Namely Time as I wish it was simpler to use. I also wish that Namely had integrated background check providers and a built-in ATS system. I chose Namely mainly because of their customer support system, which gives me confidence in using their product.
