Jobvite: A Perfect 1/1 HR Solution
As a user of Jobvite, I appreciate its many features. I particularly like the Jobvite publisher, which allows me to distribute jobs to my employees' social media pages. The software is integration-friendly, especially with HRIS systems like Workday, and offers many canned integrations. The customer service is top-notch and fast. I also appreciate the customization options, as I can choose the fields I want. Every field is reportable, which is great since the software is highly customizable. I honestly can't find any cons with Jobvite. It's hard to find an ATS system with more functionality. Even if Jobvite doesn't currently offer something, it's likely working on it. The newly released product roadmap includes many features I had on my wish list. From a business perspective, Jobvite offers valuable features like source tracking, which tracks click-throughs and hard codes this to the candidate profile. It also provides OFCCP reporting, EEO reporting, and promotes a more data-driven company culture. The pre-interview forms, including knockout and knock-in questions, are also very useful for sourcing.
