Jobvite: A Perfect 1/1 HR Solution
As a user of Jobvite, I appreciate its many features. I particularly like the Jobvite publisher, which allows me to distribute jobs to my employees' social media pages. The software is integration-friendly, especially with HRIS systems like Workday, and offers many canned integrations. The customer service is top-notch and fast. I also appreciate the customization options, as I can choose the fields I want. Every field is reportable, which is great since the software is highly customizable. I honestly can't find any cons with Jobvite. It's hard to find an ATS system with more functionality. Even if Jobvite doesn't currently offer something, it's likely working on it. The newly released product roadmap includes many features I had on my wish list. From a business perspective, Jobvite offers valuable features like source tracking, which tracks click-throughs and hard codes this to the candidate profile. It also provides OFCCP reporting, EEO reporting, and promotes a more data-driven company culture. The pre-interview forms, including knockout and knock-in questions, are also very useful for sourcing.

Suitable ATS for Small Businesses and Short-Term Growth
I had a reasonably good experience with Jobvite. It's a suitable software for small businesses or individuals, but I'm unsure about its effectiveness for companies with over $100mm in revenue. It has a basic built-in CRM/relationship management feature compared to others in the market. As I worked with remote teams, its cloud-based nature was a definite plus. It also helps with onboarding and compliance in a simple way, saving a lot of time. However, I found its exporting and reporting capabilities to be limited. While it's great for creating profiles for potential candidates, it falls short in importing contacts and extrapolating information, requiring manual updates to profiles. I chose Jobvite mainly for its price and the helpful sales representative who guided me through the product. I appreciate the vendor's response and their offer to assist with customizing my reports.

Jobvite: Daily Struggles and Disappointments Await
Having used various ATS' over the past 2 years, I find Jobvite extremely disappointing. A few reasons include its requisition-centric nature, which means every time a candidate applies, a new file is created and notes from previous conversations don't carry over. It's also impossible to effectively sort by a person's current job title and the Boolean search tool is poor. The system doesn't allow for the elimination of duplicates from search results and is generally slow. The reporting tools are inadequate and customer service often fails to resolve issues despite making promises. Parsing multiple resumes with Hire is impossible and it's the most expensive, yet least productive system I've used. As a recruiter, I need to find the right people efficiently, but Jobvite hinders this process. I've been on several technical calls and each time, I've been unimpressed with their ability to understand or solve the issue. I wouldn't recommend Jobvite to any company that needs to search candidates. It's only suitable for companies that only need to see a resume once. If you need to search past applicants, you won't be satisfied.

In my opinion, Jobvite is an acceptable option considering its cost, but it's not my first choice. It lacks user-friendly interface and metrics similar to Greenhouse. I also find the customer service disappointing. However, given its price, I consider it a fair choice.

Exploring the Unique Features and User Experience of Jobvite
Navigating through Jobvite is quite an adventure! It's a unique experience that keeps me on my toes. The feature that requires me to sign and upload documents is particularly interesting. Each document is a PDF, and to revisit the previous page, I get the chance to exit the document and log in again - it's like a fresh start every time! The documents come with a review and sign button, and the tasks remain visible even after completion, ensuring I never forget what I've accomplished. It's a constant reminder of my progress!

Jobvite: A Comprehensive and Customizable ATS Solution
As a user of another software, I miss the excellent features and flexibility that Jobvite provides, especially the ability for hiring managers to customize each recruitment process. Jobvite is a comprehensive and multifunctional Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that allows for a personalized candidate process due to its multiple statuses, screening types, and contact options. It feels like a real flow, making it easier to track the candidate journey and monitor sent and received emails. I also appreciate the bulk emailing and status change features, which are not available in the other ATS I use for my current product (Salesforce).However, Jobvite could improve in a few areas. For example, there is no access to knockout form templates and no option to customize basic templates. Also, not all entities/products are selectable when posting a job description. Additionally, when searching for a candidate's name in the top bar, it should default to showing candidates in your own requisition, with the option to see.
