Unveiling SugarCRM: Strengths and Weaknesses
Overall, I found SugarCRM to be an excellent fit, especially for marketing and advertising agencies looking to create custom flows. I found the customer care team to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed working with them. The SugarCRM team was supportive during our decision-making process between various CRMs, including Salesforce and SugarCRM. They were flexible, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service, even offering to develop new APIs to integrate with our proprietary billing system. I appreciated the visuals of SugarCRM, which were not overwhelming like Salesforce can be, and seemed more geared towards marketing service teams. The dashboard visuals were superior to Salesforce, and the price point was also better. However, SugarCRM wasn't a great fit for other teams within our organization, such as those dealing with one-time products like printing. Although the workflows were cleaner and more intuitive than Salesforce, it was challenging to incorporate processes involving external teams. Ultimately, we chose Salesforce over SugarCRM because we needed to incorporate other areas of the business already using Salesforce.

Diving into SugarCRM Enterprise: An In-Depth Look
As a user of SugarCRM, I value its unique open-source CRM application with flexible deployment options. However, I feel there's a need for stricter discipline regarding release schedules, code changes, and system recommendation documentation, which I find lacking at the moment. While the stock code base is solid, customizations often result in caching issues. Some parts of the app have outdated layouts, which can be confusing and unreliable. I also wish the support team was more proactive in resolving cases, rather than just posting a note and waiting. I suggest a server-side integration with Outlook, as our company uses both Mac and PC, and email archiving is inconsistent. Despite these issues, I find the Studio tool excellent when it functions correctly, allowing us to create without needing developers. I appreciate the vendor's response and their recommendation to consider Riva for server-side email. I'm looking forward to the release of server-side.

Before purchasing GoldMine, I had a detailed discussion with our local representative about our requirements, expectations, and concerns. I was thrilled to hear that all our needs would be met, and the proposal included the cost to purchase the software, hours to get us up and running, training, and more. As a small business, we were eager to start using this new tool. Now, two years later, we've invested in additional support and are still on the journey to going live with GoldMine. There's been a learning curve, but it's clear that there's a difference between the sales pitch and the reality of implementing the software. I've heard well that was the sales answer to your question a few times, which has been a learning experience in itself. I'm writing this review not to criticize GoldMine, but to share our journey. I believe that once we get it off the ground, it will serve its purpose well. I'm looking forward to the day when GoldMine gets us up and running, and I can't wait to write a follow-up review about how much we love using the software itself.

The user interface is distinct and it's a refreshing change from the usual. The data exporting feature is quite advanced and it's a thrilling challenge even for my developer who has over 3 years of experience. It's like a puzzle that keeps us engaged and excited. Their customer service is impressively prompt. They are so efficient that they deactivate your company account on the due date of your bill, ensuring that you stay on top of your payments. They even kept this up during Covid, when we were an essential business. It's a testament to their commitment to their clients. SugarCRM is a fantastic company!

Informed, Affordable, Business-Savvy: SugarCRM Review
So far, my experience with the W-systems team has been excellent. Everyone, from sales to leadership, has been knowledgeable and accessible, taking the time to understand my business needs. The CRM selection, development, and deployment process with W-Systems has been more cost-effective and quicker than previous experiences. My only suggestion would be to improve the handoff from sales to project management. I would choose W-systems again.

I find SugarCRM to be a dependable system with excellent support, making it user-friendly and easy to maintain. I like the straightforward process of adding and nurturing leads and the ability to create segments using filters. However, I think the user interface could be updated as it feels somewhat old-fashioned. I also notice that the platform can occasionally be a bit slow.
