My Experience with Dynamics 365: A User's Perspective
I find Dynamics-365 to be a beneficial system that we frequently use for Sales and Product Support Request Management. It's an excellent tool for tracking support requests and keeping contact details. However, I wish it could integrate with our ERP software, as it's difficult to ensure that updated contacts in our ERP system are also updated in our CRM system. Sometimes, it's challenging to find the desired feature due to its numerous features. We switched to Dynamics 365 from Sage CRM because Microsoft 365 offered more features.
