      Reliable System; Fewer Errors.

      I have some issues with the Freshsales Suite software. I'm unable to upload images directly into the email body and sometimes, emails sent through the CRM end up in spam. I also see other team members' deals on my dashboard, even though I don't have the rights to. However, the software does help me plan and strategize my deals roadmap. It provides a good forecast and is excellent for data management. I also appreciate the inclusion of AI/ML techniques for a better experience.

      Freshsales Suite: Meeting Our Needs Effectively

      My overall experience with Freshsales Suite has been positive. Since we upgraded to an enterprise plan, the support has improved, although it was often slow when we were not an enterprise client. The product offers a multitude of features and a multi-touchpoint approach, including email journeys, Whatsapp integration, chatbots, and SMS. However, I am frustrated by the lack of if/then functionality in workflows, as it would significantly reduce manual work when setting up workflows and adding new conditions. I am also not fond of the policy and pricing related to marketing contacts. All plans limit you to 1000 marketing emails per month, which can be quickly exceeded, especially if you're sending newsletters. There is an option to upgrade, but it's too expensive and unscalable as a business grows. We've managed to overcome this by integrating CRM with an SMTP service that handles this part and is calculated on the number of emails sent. We've been using Freshsales for 2 years now and despite searching for alternatives, we've stuck with it.

      I'm not particularly impressed with Freshsales Suite. Although their customer service is top-notch, I find it lacking in some basic features that I used in Pipedrive. The features it does have are user-friendly and the timeline view offers different perspectives. However, generating reports is not intuitive, despite its potential. The mail integration doesn't work well for me. When set to 'auto', all client emails appear on all their deals, lacking smart, deal-specific algorithms. The absence of a search function on the email page also renders the email sync useless for me. The sync is slow, often delaying the appearance of new deals or contacts in searches, which hinders me from linking emails or creating new deals. I switched to Freshsales intending to merge our technical department with sales, but I'm not satisfied with the results.

      My experience with the Freshsales Suite team was absolutely top-notch during our initial conversations. The sales team was incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel valued and heard. Once I signed the contract, I found that the customer service and tech team were quite busy, but they always made sure to get back to me, even if it took a bit longer than expected. I initially signed up for a year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel within the first 3 days. The team was understanding and cooperative, and we're currently working out the details of the payment process. If you're considering this CRM, I'd recommend you to clearly state your project and business requirements, and ensure your service is up and running. The global advertising of Freshsales Suite is spot on - it's a robust and reliable platform. And from my experience, even if an issue arises, rest assured that the team will eventually come through to provide the assistance you need.

      Effortlessly Simple yet Robust

      Freshsales is my go-to tool for tracking client interactions. It effectively handles all stages of these interactions, saving me time and reminding me of pending tasks to convert a customer. I estimate that without Freshsales, my contracts would drop by about 50%. Unlike other similar software, Freshsales is visually pleasing and intuitive to use. All information is well displayed and easy to comprehend. My only gripes with Freshsales are the slow response times from customer support and the lack of integration with Gmail for incoming mail. If it had Gmail integration, I would shift all my communication to Freshsales. I opted for Freshsales because it integrates with all other FreshWorks tools we use. We transitioned to Freshsales because it's part of Freshdesk, a software we know and trust.

      Seems Incomplete

      Firstly, I appreciate that the Growth tier of Freshsales Suite is now free for up to three users, making it hard to justify paying for other less featured CRM platforms. However, the more I use it, the more I feel that Freshsales lacks refinement and feels unfinished. It boasts a lot of features on paper, but these are difficult to access and require extensive setup and frequent workarounds. Particularly with synchronization tools, the behavior is unpredictable and sometimes problematic. While I found the second-tier support to be generally good, initial responses often show a lack of effort to understand my issue. The chatbot, in my opinion, is useless. This is my second time trying Freshsales. Despite its attractive pricing and feature set, I keep encountering usability issues.
