      Nimble Storage - Top Tier Performance and Support

      I've been using Nimble for over 5 years and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, reliable storage solution with excellent customer support. It's easy to install, set up, and use, and its web interface simplifies management. Infosight provides a wealth of data, giving insight into the SAN's performance, capacity planning, and any bottlenecks with virtual machines, among other things. Nimble's support team has always been exceptional, going above and beyond to resolve issues. Performance has never been an issue with this hybrid solution. However, I do miss some features from my previous Netapp solution, like the ability to separate clones from their parents into new volumes, which was useful for cloning data from one environment to another without permanently keeping a delta clone. I also miss the feature of providing CIFS/NFS directly from the storage, eliminating the need for separate file servers. I switched to Nimble because at the time.

Despite my initial disagreement, my husband's decision to switch to a different CRM turned out to be not too bad. I was particularly impressed with Nimble's exceptional customer service, a rarity among many CRMs. The application was user-friendly, easy to navigate, and quick to learn for others. It was light on the computer system and operated smoothly without crashing. As a small business owner, I appreciated its fair and reasonable pricing. It was especially helpful for tracking time sheets and scheduling, eliminating any confusion about job assignments. However, it wasn't without its downsides. The menus were hard to find as some were hidden, and the email limits were quite frustrating. The limited storage capacity also made organizing and saving files a challenge. Despite these issues, I chose Nimble primarily for its reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.

      I experienced very poor service with Nimble. They charged me for my subscription on the 27th of April, taking full payment even though some items were not available. As of the 14th of May, I am still waiting for my items and a refund for the unavailable ones. I've attempted to contact them with no success, which I find very concerning and unprofessional. I have decided to pause future subscriptions and will be shopping elsewhere.

      I find Nimble to be an extremely helpful CRM platform for managing my business's customer relationships. It's a powerful tool that lets me track customer data, interactions, and communications. I find it user-friendly and appreciate its multitude of features for managing customer data. Its intuitive interface, comprehensive features, and excellent customer support are particularly impressive. The standout feature for me is the ability to track and manage my sales pipeline and customers all in one place, which has greatly improved my organization and efficiency. However, I did struggle to find contact information for individuals outside of my organization. We chose Nimble over Zoho CRM for several reasons. Firstly, Nimble is more affordable. Secondly, it has a more user-friendly interface and offers more features than Zoho CRM. Lastly, Nimble's integration with numerous popular business applications makes it more convenient for our team to use.

As of now, I can't identify any downsides. Nimble stands out for its ability to merge different modules, which when combined, produce high-quality, professional-looking pages.       I believe Nimble is fantastic! It was simple to set up and essentially operates on a set it and forget it basis. When I need to manage it, it's straightforward to navigate and use. I've encountered very few problems with it, and HPE is excellent at identifying potential issues before they become actual problems. I adore almost everything about it - its speed, reliability, ease of upgrading, and support. However, the software front end can be a bit difficult to read. While it's easy and okay to use, some of the information is presented in a way that isn't the easiest to understand, but it's still far superior to other products. I chose Nimble because it offered similar performance to other options but was more cost-effective. I switched to Nimble because its performance and the support and monitoring from HPE were far superior to what I was receiving from Dell.
