Excellent, Tailorable CRM Solution
I find the setup of SugarCRM straightforward and its cloud-hosted environment requires minimal maintenance. It's easy for small teams to customize without the need for developers. However, the cloud hosting doesn't permit direct DB access or configuration changes, instead, we have to use UI tools for customization and export. Despite this, it's not overly complex. The primary reason I chose SugarCRM is its affordability.
