      I am absolutely amazed by the incredible features of Zoho Bigin. It's flawless and its usefulness astounds me. I am thrilled that it's an Indian product and consider it one of the best CRM apps for small businesses. I've tried many other methods, like Google Sheets and other programs, but this one outperforms them all. However, its overall UX/UI is a bit rough compared to other SaaS products and it requires full access to your Gmail account to interface with email, which has prevented me from using the email integration.

      Disappointing Encounter with Bigin

      I initially had a positive experience with Bigin-CRM, until I realized that my accounting data wasn't integrated and I had to manually input contacts. The lack of integration with GSuite Tasks/Calendar and Zoho Books was a significant downside. I spent unnecessary time exporting contacts from books and importing them to Bigin, only to find out it was pointless. They promised to integrate with books, but instead suggested I use Zoho Flow, another paid application. I felt this was unfair, as I shouldn't have to pay for additional applications due to their shortcomings. I chose Bigin by Zoho CRM expecting it to naturally integrate with Zoho Books. However, I was told by the vendor in February 2021 that Bigin's native integration with Zoho Books is now live as part of their Early Access program.
