The monday-sales-crm software gave us a central hub for our sales, marketing, and operations data, complete with tools for visualizing results. We valued the data segmentation feature and the excellent visualization of this segmented data. The ability to create custom dashboards was a standout feature for us. However, we did wish for the ability to view these dashboards on our digital signage displays via a URL. We opted for monday CRM as it allowed us to further customize the app without the need for many "power ups". We transitioned to monday CRM due to its wider range of offerings and greater customization options.
