Zoho 'ONE' - Excellent Value & Functionality Amidst Evolving Communication Channels
I find the Zoho-SalesIQ software good and it fulfills our needs. It's user-friendly, the chat function is efficient, and it's well-received by our clients and users. However, I wish it could integrate different communication channels instead of keeping them separate. We're considering switching to FB Messenger from SalesIQ, as we're already using Messenger and it would reduce one channel to manage.
