      I have a highly positive view of Drift and am glad to serve my customers in real time using the Drift chat widget, which lets me qualify leads instantly. I value how Drift chat allows my customers to connect immediately within our product. If they face issues or have queries, they don't need to wait for email support; all their questions can be answered instantly within the chat. It's also handy for my teams to use the mobile app to handle customer chats from anywhere. We frequently get many questions and leads from our landing page, and Drift has assisted us in automating leads and pushing them into our CRM systems. Integrating the chat widget within the app is easy and simple. The web app (dashboard) is a bit slow to load at first, but the chat is extremely fast and reliable. I do wish they had an Android SDK to start conversations within the app. I chose Drift because it was easy to set up and for its user interface.

      My overall experience with Drift has been really positive. The ROI is over 50X and the tool is very user-friendly. It's easy to implement, reasonably priced, has excellent customer support, and simplifies chat playbook creation. I have no specific complaints; everything appears to be top-notch! I chose Drift for its affordability, ease of implementation, and customer support availability in IST.

      Their Plugin is Excellent, But I Noticed a

      I think the Drift plugin is great, but I've noticed a slowdown in page loading times. I was using the Genesis framework with Gutenberg, aiming for a clean setup with no bloat. Before using Drift, my page loaded in under 2 seconds, but with the plugin, it increased to 8 seconds. I've since switched to Astra and plan to try Drift again with this theme, and then again with Genesis. Overall, I think Drift is a great service. The options and appearance are impressive on my page. I would recommend Drift to others, as they're likely to have better performance than I did. Switching to cloud and CDN should help, I suppose.

      I am very satisfied with my usage of Drift. I haven't delved deeply into its additional capabilities and advanced features yet, but I am excited to do so. The setup was straightforward and easy to understand, even with my limited knowledge of such products. The product scales with my knowledge, offering all features if I am familiar with them. It also serves as an excellent site lead service without being overwhelming. However, I found that the other features are not well explained and I'm unsure where to find explanations. The image customization for the pop-up message is quite limited, for example, it cuts off the top of the picture and there's limited functionality for further editing. The decision to switch to Drift was made by someone else, but from what I understand, it was due to cost and user experience. I appreciate the vendor's response and their commitment to improving feature explanation.
