    Unrivalled Love for Gorgias - The Ultimate HelpDesk Solution!

    I've been thoroughly enjoying using Gorgias and have been recommending it to any company I consult with for Customer Success for the past 2 years. With over 17 years of experience in the CS industry, I can confidently say that Gorgias is the best platform I've used, outperforming others like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Kustomer, and Hubspot. Gorgias is user-friendly, easy to set up and deploy, and boasts an incredible sentient AI. I'm also a big fan of its social integrations. It's an excellent omnichannel support system that I highly recommend. The support staff is also fantastic. I was a dedicated Kustomer user for years, but Gorgias won me over with its incredible, easy-to-use features. I particularly love the social integrations, especially the social lead segments, and the newly integrated phone calls. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about it. With 17 years in Customer Success, I can confidently endorse Gorgias.

    I appreciate how Gorgias keeps us updated about technical issues and outages. Their staff is very helpful in answering questions and they keep us informed about their plans through frequent Town Hall videos. I'm still discovering new ways to utilize this powerful tool. For instance, I know the Help Center will be beneficial for my customers, but I haven't set it up yet. I just hope they don't raise the price.
