I believe that the quality of contacts in Wingmate depends on the information collected by the CSR and they should receive better training. I find it easy to input information and navigate between leads. The graphics are simple, but I feel the entry fields options are limited. The vendor responded to my review in October 2019, stating that multiple entry fields are available and suggested that my manager should contact them to discuss this.

I wish it could be our sole CRM software, but it doesn't match up to Pipedrive or Salesforce.
