Beware Small Businesses: ZoomInfo's Promises Fall Short!
As a minority-owned small business start-up, I was assured by Zoominfo that they would provide me with quality information for potential leads, specifically targeting prospects with 1-5 employees. However, after signing up, I discovered that the information for companies of this size was either missing or inaccurate. In the first month, I attempted to contact them about this issue, but the only responses I got were from the Accounts Receivable team asking for money. They suggested upgrades, which only confirmed that they weren't addressing my concerns. Their product was not suitable for my prospect size and didn't deliver as promised. When I tried to get them to honor their quality guarantee, I was finally connected with their legal department, who used clever legal language to absolve themselves of any blame. Essentially, if you sign up for their product, you're on your own, regardless of whether it delivers as promised.

My experience with ZoomInfo has generally been positive, despite a few setbacks. When I expressed my concerns, their team responded appropriately and made efforts to address my issues. They have a strong customer service team and I would recommend this product to anyone willing to invest in such a system. ZoomInfo is a dependable product and they are constantly broadening their services. They are aware of their leading position in the market and are introducing new features to stay competitive. However, the system is quite costly and the data accuracy could be better. Despite these issues, which are common among all providers, I chose ZoomInfo SalesOSI because I felt more comfortable with its user interface and functionality.
