It can be integrated with various MAs, allowing us to manage customer data collectively. The smartphone app is a time-saver, giving employees access to all customer information on the go. It's excellent for managing schedules, customers, projects, and more. I value its flexibility in customizing reports and creating systems. Initially, getting members to input data was a challenge, but as more accurate data was entered, each salesperson's activities became more transparent. This has enhanced our sales productivity in several ways, such as offering advice on areas for improvement and knowledge sharing. There are occasional bugs that can interrupt work, but overall, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an indispensable tool for our business. I chose it because it's a versatile solution that significantly boosts work efficiency.

    Salesforce User? Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a Must-Have!

    Overall, I'm very satisfied with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It has been an excellent all-in-one solution for my team, replacing several tools we previously used for customer journey management, email campaigns, analytics, and CRM updates. The user experience is straightforward and the platform's list feature has significantly improved our pipeline management efficiency. However, we did experience a bug in one of our campaigns that led to contacts receiving duplicate emails. Customer service was hard to reach, so we had to find a solution internally, which took some time. Additionally, the cost is quite high if your company isn't covering it. We switched to Salesforce Marketing Cloud because my company started paying for it internally.
