Reflecting on a Year with Typeform: Subscription Renewal and Customer Service Experience
I've been using Typeform for a year now and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my annual plan was automatically renewed! It's clear that they value customer retention. I initially thought I had cancelled my subscription, but it seems there might have been a mix-up. I'm having a bit of trouble finding their contact information to clarify this, but I'm sure it's just a minor oversight. I'm currently re-evaluating my budget, so I'm not sure if I can continue with the service, but I'm definitely considering it because of how useful it has been. I'm looking forward to getting this sorted out and potentially continuing my journey with Typeform!

Boosting Engagement and Feedback with Typeform
In our company, we've used various survey platforms, but Typeform has proven to be the easiest for us and our clients. Our switch to Typeform has significantly improved our feedback and engagement. I highly recommend it due to its user-friendliness. It's a well-known brand and when people see "Typeform" in the title or email, they know they're about to use a simple and straightforward platform. This is what I appreciate most about it - both our company and our customers know what to expect. However, I do feel it could offer more sophistication in terms of customization. But, it's possible I haven't fully explored all its unique features yet.

Stunning and User-Friendly Survey/Form Creator
I found it very easy to set up new surveys, connect them to documents or our CRM, and distribute them using Typeform. Its adaptability to different languages and devices was a key factor for me. However, it can be quite costly and sometimes experiences lag due to its complexity, necessitating regular checks. I switched to Typeform from Zoho Survey because the latter lacked visual appeal and had poor connectivity and device adaptability.

Disheartened; Significant Loss of Survey Results
I used Typeform for a survey and discovered that they don't store partial or incomplete results. Out of 120 participants who began my survey, only 55 completed it. I found the lack of partial responses disappointing as they would have been valuable to me, unlike with SurveyMonkey. When I contacted Typeform about this, they informed me that they have no plans to add this feature in the near future and advised me to thoroughly test my typeforms before using them. I want to caution others that Typeform doesn't store results until the final page where the user clicks "Submit". Despite this, I found their surveys visually pleasing, easy to set up, and their analysis tools are excellent. However, I was worried when three different people reported being unable to submit at the end. The vendor responded by discussing the legal and ethical issues around storing answers before submission and provided tips to improve my completion rate. Despite this, I was let down when I only realized they don't store partial responses after the fact.

Highly Recommending Typeform for Increased Efficiency and Profit
I wholeheartedly recommend using Typeform! This software is not only a worthy investment, but it also functions seamlessly. The unique formatting of the form actually guides users to select the right images, in my case, photography prints. This has led to a significant increase in efficiency and substantial financial gain. I strongly endorse its use and am currently looking forward to their prompt response.
