My favorite feature is the pop-up window with a custom message that encourages visitors to start a conversation. I love the social media integrations, team chat, and the mobile apps of JivoChat. I was able to onboard my staff immediately as it was user-friendly. The best part was that it resolved my issue with Facebook messenger not loading on our Android mobile phones. JivoChat solved our problems within minutes. The live chat and social media integrations are stable and work perfectly. The deployment was easy and I was able to get started right away without any issues. I initially tried JivoChat due to issues with Facebook Business Suite on my Pages for messengers. I was so impressed with JivoChat that I wish I had tried it sooner. The mobile apps are stable for both iOS and Android. The team chat feature is another plus for me. The user interface is a bit old, but it's very easy to use and get started. I believe this is a very solid and mature product.
