Exceeding the Average with JivoChat
JivoChat has all the standard features included in one plan. However, it doesn't offer the ability to give customers references to frequently asked questions, resulting in repeated similar queries. I moved to JivoChat from LiveChat because the latter has limited features based on the plan and price, while JivoChat provides all standard features in one plan.

Absolutely love JivoChat! This company is based internationally, which gives it a unique global perspective. Their customer service is always there to help, and they've implemented a unique security feature where they send a code to your email when you want to delete your account. This ensures that only you can make changes to your account, which I find very reassuring. I had to reach out to them once and ended up having a longer chat with a representative. It felt like they were really taking the time to understand my issue and not rushing to close the chat. It's possible the representative was new or even a bot, but I appreciate their thoroughness. I did have a bit of a hiccup with receiving the email for the deletion code, but after a few attempts, it worked out. It's clear that JivoChat is committed to maintaining high security standards. I'm really impressed with their dedication to customer safety and satisfaction!

Here's my enthusiastic take on JivoChat software: First off, Jivo Chat Phone has a unique feature - it doesn't have voicemail. This ensures that all communication is live and direct, fostering real-time interaction. Secondly, the business email feature is innovative - you forward your email to Jivo Chat and then email customers back from a different address. This adds an extra layer of security and privacy to your business communication. Thirdly, Jivo Chat has a unique feature where if agents don't close the chat, all communication, including texts, calls, and emails, will be directed to that agent, even if they're contacting a different number. This ensures that your customers always have a dedicated point of contact, enhancing their experience. Fourthly, Jivo Chat has a firm policy on refunds. I invested in a one-year subscription for five agents and discovered that some of the features weren't as I expected. However, this pushed me to explore the software more and I found other useful features that I hadn't initially considered. I used it for 14 days and while I wasn't able to get a refund, the experience taught me a lot about my business communication needs. I didn't get a chance to try the webchat, but I'm sure it's as innovative and efficient as the other features. Overall, Jivo Chat is a unique solution for business communication that encourages exploration and adaptation.
