      I find nocrm easy to use and I'm impressed with their excellent customer service. It's straightforward for me to monitor my sales, calls, and events. I particularly like the post-sales features, which my assistant and I use to manage the events I speak at. I appreciate the email feature that automatically forwards emails I send to clients to my NoCRM account, allowing me to easily track the last contact. However, I don't use it consistently, so things tend to pile up to be updated. This is more a reflection of my system and organization. As a solopreneur, the expert edition I subscribe to is too comprehensive for my needs, but the post-sales features only come with the expert edition. These features are what I need most. I would subscribe to the basic if it included the post-sales options. Then I would rate it a 5 for value.
