Paycor: Pros & Cons
On November 3, 223, I had an interesting interaction with The Clearing House. They assured me that a minor processing error that had affected deposits and transfers at some banks was completely resolved. I was impressed by their prompt response and transparency. In the spirit of maintaining clear communication, I reached out to PayCor, our payroll processor, to discuss the duplicate credits that had occurred due to their vendor's error. I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate acknowledgment of the issue. They were open and honest about the situation, which I greatly appreciated. PayCor suggested a practical solution - withholding the duplicate amount from the next paycheck. This seemed like a fair and straightforward way to handle the situation. They also gave me the option to return the duplicates under ACH rules, which showed their flexibility and willingness to accommodate different solutions. What really stood out to me was that PayCor did not debit any additional funds for the duplicate credits sent to employee accounts. This showed me that they truly value their clients and are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in their business relationships. While the situation was not ideal, I was impressed by PayCor's proactive approach and their commitment to finding a solution. Their response has reinforced my trust in their services, and I look forward to continuing our partnership into 224 and beyond.

In summary, I would only suggest Guideline for very small businesses looking to offer a 401(k) to their employees. As the business expands, other 401(k) providers quickly outshine them. This was our initial 401(k) system and it was simple to implement. However, it lacks features and has limited investment options. The customer service is very disappointing, with constant emails being sent and no responses received.

Why is SurePayroll a good alternative to ADP Workforce Now?
I believe SurePayroll is a great alternative to ADP Workforce Now because of its user-friendly interface and cost-effectiveness. Unlike ADP, which caters more to larger businesses, SurePayroll offers services that are specifically designed for small businesses. This makes it easier for smaller firms to navigate and use the platform effectively.
Moreover, SurePayroll provides a transparent pricing structure without any hidden costs. This transparency is often missing in ADP Workforce Now. Also, SurePayroll offers a mobile application, allowing employers to manage payroll on the go. This flexibility is not always available with ADP.
Lastly, SurePayroll's customer service is highly praised by users for its responsiveness and effectiveness. While ADP also offers support, some users have found it less than satisfactory. Therefore, for small businesses looking for an efficient and affordable payroll solution, SurePayroll may be the better choice.
What are the differences between SurePayroll and ADP Workforce Now?
I have explored both SurePayroll and ADP Workforce Now and found some key differences between them. SurePayroll is a small business-oriented payroll service, which is simple, efficient, and user-friendly. It offers online payroll services that automate tax filing and payment processes. It's great for small businesses looking for an affordable, easy-to-use option.
Conversely, ADP Workforce Now is a comprehensive solution suitable for larger businesses. It provides not only payroll services but also time and attendance tracking, benefits management, talent management, and HR services. It has more advanced features and can handle the complexities of a larger workforce. However, it may be overwhelming for smaller businesses due to its wide range of options and somewhat more complex interface.

TestGorilla enables employers to identify top candidates efficiently, reducing bias and improving hiring decisions. It also provides detailed analytics to help understand candidate performance.

Pre-employment testing

Variety of tests
Testgorilla: Pros & Cons
My account manager only contacted me to ask for a review, ignoring my technical issues. I was able to start using the software quickly, but then lost time due to several bugs. I found the system easy and quick to implement and was impressed with its ability to accurately assess my MBTI type with few questions. The price was reasonable for a small business. However, the assessments were hard to differentiate between candidates. I added some custom questions that weren't HTML friendly, which invalidated the entire assessment. I had to ask the candidate to retake the assessment, which reflected poorly on me. Tech support had to fix my specific test, but I'm worried about whether they will re-code the platform to accept multiple 'spaces' in a question. I feel the platform is too new to be reliable. Tech support didn't provide me with another credit after an assessment was invalidated. The tests were too difficult for more junior positions and there were few options to customize the delivery of.

Bigchange: Pros & Cons
My trainer is fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and always ready to assist us. Implementing BigChange was challenging and took about six months to roll out, partly due to my busy schedule. I'm impressed with the software's functionality and its ability to store all our customer details, job details, and job tracking. However, it can be complex to perform several separate actions needed for an automation to work, often requiring a call to Road Crew. I chose BigChange because it offered functionalities that other options lacked. I had previously used BigChange at another company and found it to be excellent. The vendor responded positively to my review, expressing their commitment to continuous improvement.
