Paylocity is a better solution based on percentage of positive reviews than Paycom: 86 vs 84
Paycom is a better solution for customer support than Paylocity: 4.5 vs 4.0
Paycom's user interface is more convenient than Paylocity: 4.5 vs 4.2
Paycom pricing plans are more competitive than Paylocity: 4.3 vs 4.2
Paycom has more options than Paylocity: 118 vs 37
Why is Paylocity a good alternative to Paycom?
I find Paycom to be a great alternative to Paylocity due to several reasons. First, it offers an all-in-one application that integrates payroll, time and labor management, HR, and talent acquisition. This comprehensive approach eliminates the need for multiple systems and streamlines processes. Second, Paycom's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which enhances the user experience. Third, their customer service is excellent. They provide dedicated support for each client, ensuring that any issues or questions are promptly addressed. Fourth, Paycom's reporting capabilities are robust, allowing for detailed tracking and analysis of payroll and HR data. Lastly, they consistently update their software with new features and improvements in response to customer feedback and industry trends.
What are the differences between Paylocity and Paycom?
I have found that Paycom and Paylocity, while similar in their function as payroll and human resources service providers, do have some key differences. Paycom offers a single database for all its services, which means data does not need to be entered multiple times. This can significantly reduce errors and save time. On the other hand, Paylocity's strength lies in its user-friendly interface and robust reporting capabilities that can be customized according to business needs.
When it comes to pricing, Paycom uses a quote-based model where the cost is tailored based on the specific needs of the company. Paylocity, meanwhile, has a transparent pricing model with costs disclosed upfront. Finally, customer support is another factor to consider. While both companies offer support, reviews suggest that Paycom's customer service is more responsive and helpful compared to Paylocity.

Paycor: Pros & Cons
On November 3, 223, I had an interesting interaction with The Clearing House. They assured me that a minor processing error that had affected deposits and transfers at some banks was completely resolved. I was impressed by their prompt response and transparency. In the spirit of maintaining clear communication, I reached out to PayCor, our payroll processor, to discuss the duplicate credits that had occurred due to their vendor's error. I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate acknowledgment of the issue. They were open and honest about the situation, which I greatly appreciated. PayCor suggested a practical solution - withholding the duplicate amount from the next paycheck. This seemed like a fair and straightforward way to handle the situation. They also gave me the option to return the duplicates under ACH rules, which showed their flexibility and willingness to accommodate different solutions. What really stood out to me was that PayCor did not debit any additional funds for the duplicate credits sent to employee accounts. This showed me that they truly value their clients and are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in their business relationships. While the situation was not ideal, I was impressed by PayCor's proactive approach and their commitment to finding a solution. Their response has reinforced my trust in their services, and I look forward to continuing our partnership into 224 and beyond.

Paycom is more suitable for small businesses thanks to its good value for money than Paycor: 4.3 vs 4.2
Paycor has more features than Paycom: 134 vs 118
Why is Paycor a good alternative to Paycom?
I find Paycom a great alternative to Paycor due to its comprehensive suite of services. Unlike Paycor, Paycom offers a single database for all employee-related information, which simplifies data management and ensures consistency. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate through different modules like payroll, HR, time and labor management, and talent acquisition. This integrated approach eliminates the need for multiple platforms, saving both time and resources.
Furthermore, Paycom's customer service is exceptional. They provide 24/7 support and are always ready to assist with any issues or questions. Lastly, their pricing is more transparent than Paycor's, as they charge a flat monthly fee instead of individual transaction fees. Overall, Paycom's robust features and superior customer service make it an excellent alternative to Paycor.
What are the differences between Paycor and Paycom?
I have noticed several differences between Paycom and Paycor. Firstly, Paycom is an online payroll and human resource technology provider that offers businesses a single system to manage the entire employment life cycle, from recruitment to retirement. For its part, Paycor provides small and medium-sized companies with intuitive, cloud-based onboarding, HR, payroll, and timekeeping software with the aim of enabling businesses to manage their most important asset - their people.
Secondly, in terms of user experience, Paycom has a more intuitive user interface and offers a more personalized experience. However, Paycor is known for its excellent customer service and support. Lastly, while both offer similar core features such as payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and HR management, Paycom includes additional features such as talent acquisition and management tools which are not present in Paycor's basic package.

This makes it a more versatile solution for businesses of all sizes. Thirdly, Paycom's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which can enhance user experience and productivity. Lastly, Paycom has excellent customer service with 24/7 support, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. Therefore, for its comprehensive features, user-friendly interface, and excellent customer service, I consider Paycom a strong alternative to Workday HCM.
What are the differences between Workday HCM and Paycom?
I have found that Paycom and Workday HCM, while both being comprehensive human capital management systems, have some key differences. Paycom is a single-database system that provides functionality for various HR-related tasks such as talent acquisition, time and labor management, payroll, and HR management. It is known for its user-friendly interface and excellent customer service.
On the other hand, Workday HCM is a cloud-based software that offers not only HR management but also financial management, planning, and analytics. It is highly customizable and integrates well with other systems. However, it may require more technical expertise to set up and manage.

SAP Concur: Pros & Cons
Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with SAP Concur. I don't travel often, so the time it takes to book and report expenses is bearable. As an admin, setting up new users can be complicated and I can't do it without notes, but this could be more related to my company's policies than the software itself. Reimbursing expenses is simple and practical. However, the online booking feature can be time-consuming. When I select flights and try to book, another screen appears with alternative flights, which extends the process.

Dayforce HCM: Pros & Cons
Overall, Dayforce has been able to meet my needs and the support team is always available when I have questions. My TAM has made the transition to Dayforce smooth and turned my daily issues into learning and resolving opportunities instead of frustrations. Dayforce is the closest I could find to a one-stop solution that still meets my needs. Having so much data in one place allows for powerful reporting. However, I wish Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents, as it would make setting up and maintaining onboarding documents much easier. I switched to Dayforce HCM because I was a previous Ceridian Source customer who left due to ACA needs, but was unhappy with the support at ADP and was happy to return to Dayforce.

I think Namely is fantastic, timely, professional, helpful, and friendly. I find the HRIS system easy to manage and understand, and our employees like the feed. The customer service is top-notch - they're very helpful and friendly. I also like the eSig feature. However, I'm not keen on Namely Time as I wish it was simpler to use. I also wish that Namely had integrated background check providers and a built-in ATS system. I chose Namely mainly because of their customer support system, which gives me confidence in using their product. ADP Workforce Now: Pros & Cons
Transitioning to ADP Workforce Now has been an exciting journey! The communication process has been a unique learning experience, and the transfer, though it took a few weeks, was a testament to the thoroughness of the process. I had a lot of questions, and while some took a while to get answered, it was a great opportunity to explore the software's features on my own. There were a few hiccups with the tax calculations initially, but it was a valuable lesson in understanding the complexities of payroll systems. Since September, I've been actively working with ADP to ensure our paystubs comply with Minnesota's 224 pay stub requirements. Just days away from the deadline, I was informed that they couldn't add what I was asking for. This was surprising, but it also highlighted the importance of state-specific requirements in payroll management.Despite the challenges, I would still recommend ADP Workforce Now. It's important to remember that no system is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. What's commendable is that they have recently followed up to rectify the issue. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt and improve. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but one that's been filled with learning and growth!

ADP Workforce Now also offers robust reporting capabilities, allowing for in-depth analysis of workforce data. This can aid in strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance. Lastly, its scalability makes it a suitable choice regardless of your company's growth or changes.
What are the differences between ADP Workforce Now and Paycom?
I have found that ADP Workforce Now and Paycom, while both being Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), have some key differences. ADP Workforce Now is a comprehensive HRMS solution that offers functionalities such as payroll, benefits, talent management, compliance, time and labor management, analytics and benchmarking. It is designed for large businesses and integrates seamlessly with other business systems.
On the other hand, Paycom provides a single-database end-to-end product that includes capabilities such as hiring and labor management, payroll, talent acquisition, and HR management. While both offer similar services, the choice between the two often comes down to the specific needs of your company and its size.

Lastly, the system is scalable, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes. In comparison to Paycom, I believe iSolved offers more value in terms of functionality and user experience.
What are the differences between isolved and Paycom?
I have observed that iSolved and Paycom, while both being comprehensive human capital management systems, have some significant differences. Paycom offers a single-database system that allows for real-time access to data, which can be particularly useful for larger companies requiring immediate data updates. It also has a more user-friendly interface and provides a mobile app for employees to manage their own data.
However, iSolved is known for its robust functionality and flexibility, making it an excellent choice for mid-sized businesses. It offers integrations with third-party applications, which can be beneficial for companies that need to maintain existing software setups. However, its user interface may not be as intuitive as Paycom's. Both platforms provide payroll services, time and attendance tracking, HR management, and benefits administration but the choice between the two often depends on the specific needs of a company.

Bigchange: Pros & Cons
My trainer is fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and always ready to assist us. Implementing BigChange was challenging and took about six months to roll out, partly due to my busy schedule. I'm impressed with the software's functionality and its ability to store all our customer details, job details, and job tracking. However, it can be complex to perform several separate actions needed for an automation to work, often requiring a call to Road Crew. I chose BigChange because it offered functionalities that other options lacked. I had previously used BigChange at another company and found it to be excellent. The vendor responded positively to my review, expressing their commitment to continuous improvement.
