I consider Patriot Payroll to be quite good. Although I don't have much to compare it with, I've heard my colleagues complain about their payroll systems. The support from Patriot Payroll is usually very helpful in resolving any issues. However, sometimes my requests for help are redirected to someone else and I have to restart the process. I initially chose Patriot Payroll for its cost, but I've found it to be more intuitive than I anticipated. The support seems to be superior to what others have experienced with their payroll systems.

Patriot Exceeded Expectations in Providing Assistance
I added a partner company to Patriot for our 41(k) provider. However, the new company dropped the pay and informed me they wouldn't be active for my first payroll in January. Thankfully, the Patriot staff intervened and ensured the 41(k) integration happened as scheduled.
