Why Tidio, Why?
As a paid customer of Tidio, I appreciate its excellent software and outstanding features. However, the recent change to a limit of 5 conversations has turned it into a nightmare. It's no longer functional and requires an update. It's disappointing and a waste of quality. Currently, I am comparing other new chat software.

Smooth Sailing with Tidio So Far
I've been using Tidio for three days to assist with customer conversion and abandoned cart marketing. I value its simplicity in use and installation, and its feature that allows me to respond to customers on the move. The chatbot workflow is highly customizable. However, a significant downside for me is the inability to send voice notes directly. As a social media seller for over two years, I've noticed that customers appreciate personalized audio messages. I opted for Tidio because its chatbot was superior, and while I find WhatsApp comfortable, it necessitates an additional step of screen switching and risks customers sharing their phone numbers. It also doesn't accommodate PC users who don't have WhatsApp.
