I find Crisp to be an excellent tool for customer communication, enhancing responsiveness and offering proactive support. It's simple to set up, quick, and convenient. I value its user-friendly interface and the free plan, which is ideal for smaller projects. I appreciate that the project is continuously evolving, and I'm fond of the business hours settings and custom translations of the widget. However, I'm not pleased that the message history of the free plan only lasts 30 days, after which I can't access any messages. I believe it would be more beneficial to limit the number of users rather than the message history. I've also encountered some problems with the chat widget not loading and the mobile apps crashing.
