Effortless Self-Service Payroll Solution
I've been using SurePayroll since my previous service hiked their prices. I find the payroll service user-friendly, offering tax compliance and direct deposit at a reasonable cost. I value its simplicity, direct deposit feature, clear reports, and tax compliance. It's designed for self-service, but the support provided is excellent. However, if you fall off schedule, it can be a bit tricky to get back on track. I opted for SurePayroll because it's Paychex's online product for smaller businesses. I switched from ADP due to the cost. Even though I was satisfied with ADP, I couldn't justify the expense. They didn't make any effort to retain me, but they keep trying to win me back with offers.

Rollercoaster Ride: My Adventure with SurePayroll Services
My experience with SurePayroll was quite an adventure! Everything was smooth sailing while I was using their payroll services. When I decided to stop using their services in March 223, I opted for their $1/month plan for them to handle my taxes and process W2s. They were spot on with the charges for a few months, but then there was a slight hiccup with some overcharges. This gave me the opportunity to interact with their customer service team multiple times. One representative, John Rees, was quite assertive and challenged my understanding of my plan. After a lively discussion, he agreed to credit back half my money and generously waived off the charges for the rest of the year. In December, I noticed another charge, but this was quickly resolved by another representative, Purissa Davis, who was extremely helpful and promptly refunded my money. On January 2nd, I decided to cancel my subscription. It took a bit of time to reach a real person, but once I did, they confirmed my account was closed and assured me there would be no further charges. Overall, my journey with SurePayroll was a rollercoaster ride. I learned a lot, interacted with different personalities, and in the end, everything was resolved. They showed me that they are more than just a payroll service, they are a team that is committed to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this service for its unique experience!
