EMBRACE THE HIDDEN FEES WITH SUREPAYROLL
I've been a SurePayroll user for two years and while I find their user interface relatively easy to use, that's about the only positive thing I can say. They've incorrectly filed my taxes three times during this period, causing me three months of headaches. Despite this, I didn't cause any issues for them. This year, I was hit with $545 in fees for "expedited payroll", "cancel payroll", and "returned direct deposits". I requested a refund for the $150 "returned direct deposits" fee, but was denied. So, if you're looking for a company with poor customer service, that messes up your taxes, and charges you unnecessary fees, then SurePayroll is the one for you!
