I can now handle payroll for my business at my convenience, and the interface is user-friendly. All my employees can access their own data for audits and tax filings, which saves me more time. I was grateful to have access to Paychex reports when a PPP opportunity came up. They are working on enhancing the system, which can sometimes be difficult to use. However, their support team is always courteous and professional, whether I'm dealing with a major problem or just a simple question. I switched to Paychex Flex for these reasons.

Subpar IT and Customer Support Experience with Paychex
I was happy with Paychex until Hurricane Ian in 2022, after which the service deteriorated and they haven't managed to rectify it. The sales representative who enrolled me was outstanding. However, I've been dealing with customer service and IT issues. Despite asking for a solution to my problems for a year, there hasn't been much improvement. I switched to Paychex Flex because it was cheaper and the sales representative was excellent.

I find Paychex Flex user-friendly and value that our employees can access their paystubs and W2's online. However, I'm worried about the security of the flex system due to a past incident where an employee's direct deposit information was compromised. We opted for Paychex Flex because ADP failed to address our payroll issues and wasn't very helpful in problem-solving.
