Paychex: A Nightmare in Customer Service
I found Paychex Flex user-friendly, however, the customer service was awful. Our representatives were extremely poor. The quality of customer service drastically declined after we upgraded the Flex. Due to this, I would never recommend Paychex.

Effortless Navigation with Paychex
Overall, I've had a positive experience with Paychex. I find the site user-friendly and value its ability to track all forms of reporting and taxes. While navigating customer support can sometimes be challenging, it's generally very good. I chose Paychex Flex over our previous product because it offered more options that better suited our company's needs.

Overall, I've had a great experience with Paychex Flex. It's user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has a well-organized interface. It allows me to manage various aspects of my job such as pay, schedule, onboarding, HR requirements, and even messaging colleagues. I can also see when my paycheck is deposited, the number of hours I've worked, and my vacation time. It's a very useful tool that simplifies my job. I also appreciate that I get paid on time, if not early. I can print my W-2s, tax paperwork, and manage my benefits. The only issue I've encountered is with the direct deposit feature. If you have multiple employers, the direct deposit information does not automatically carry over from one job to another. I had to manually re-enter the information for each job. Despite this, I continue to use and appreciate the software.

I've had the pleasure of interacting with the sales staff and upper management at Paychex, and they are truly top-notch! The team that handles the day-to-day operations, like answering phones, is always busy ensuring everything runs smoothly. Paychex is one of the most unique and dynamic payroll companies I've ever worked with. They have a knack for turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. There have been instances where I was billed more than expected, but their customer service was always there to rectify the situation promptly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Their handling of the ERTC credit has been a learning experience for both them and their clients. I know a few people who had some initial hiccups with the ERTC credit, but Paychex was quick to correct any errors and ensure everything was filed correctly. Like many other reviewers, I've found that Paychex is consistently great, even when faced with challenges. Their commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction is truly commendable!

Experiencing Paychex's Efficiency and Dedication: A Look at the ERTC Program
I've been working for a company that has been a loyal Paychex customer for many years and we've never had any issues. Recently, they introduced us to the ERTC program. They were so efficient and proactive, they even sent us a spreadsheet in no time at all, considering they already had all our information. We were under the impression that we wouldn't be billed unless we decided to proceed with filing for the credit. When the owners decided not to go ahead with it, we were surprised to see a charge of $685. However, I'm confident that this is just a misunderstanding and I'm looking forward to getting in touch with their customer service to resolve this issue. I've been receiving calls from accounts receivable, which shows their dedication to keeping their accounts in order. They were also very prompt in contacting us when we were considering the program. I'm sure they'll be just as responsive now. I'm excited about the potential of the ERTC program and I encourage others to consider it. If you've had similar experiences, please share. I'm sure we can all learn from each other's experiences with Paychex!

I find Paychex to be incredibly comprehensive! It's so detailed that it doesn't allow me to add high-rate time or claim vacation pay after working 4 hours, ensuring that all my records are accurate and in line with standard working hours. Even when I forget, it continues to deduct for retirement, which is a great reminder for me to save for my future. It's more intricate than any previous system I've used, which I find exciting as it offers me a chance to learn and grow. I would strongly recommend giving it a try!
