I needed a CRM to manage my leads and sales pipelines for various tasks. Agile CRM does a good job, but its user interface is not very user-friendly. I often find myself navigating through numerous tabs and clicks to get to where I need to be. It's a complex solution that's suitable for complex companies, but I prefer simplicity. I ended up choosing a simpler CRM with a more appealing user interface, even though it has less functionality. Agile CRM is similar to Salesforce, providing a comprehensive CRM that integrates well with email, calls, automation, and marketing platforms. However, its user interface and user experience leave much to be desired. Despite this, it's a solid CRM with reasonable pricing. I switched to Agile CRM because it offers better CRM solutions than monday.com's light CRM templates and is more affordable.

I initially looked for a marketing automation system for myself, but found most of them to be quite expensive. I decided to try Agile CRM and after a short learning period, I fell in love with it. I've recommended it to many of my B2B and startup clients who are also budget-conscious. They are often skeptical at first, but soon appreciate its extensive capabilities and how it can replace many disjointed and costly tools. While I acknowledge that platforms like Hubspot may have some advantages, considering the cost difference, it's hard to justify spending so much more. Agile CRM is almost an all-in-one product at a much more affordable price. It's mostly easy to use and I appreciate the intuitive setup of automations. When used correctly, the product's power is insightful. However, I believe the platform could benefit from a cleaner design. Sometimes, it can be a bit tricky to find what you need, but customer service is always quick to assist. I would also appreciate a more modern design.

Agile CRM: Streamlined Account Management and User-Friendly Interface
I find Agile CRM easy to use for recording and tracking deals. However, it may not be the best choice if you're looking for detailed reports, forecasts, and customization. It does offer lead scoring and star-ranking for individuals and companies, which helps me prioritize my time on accounts and gives feedback to the marketing team on their leads. The deal board has three views - complex, tight, and wide - depending on how I want to see each stage's progress. The product comes with discounts, which saves time. The company's people are displayed in a table format where I can choose columns and see the information I want by scrolling to the right. However, if I choose many columns, the system reduces the default column size, making it difficult to recognize accounts with just a few words. Reports are only offered for enterprise plans, with weekly reports for others. The deal widget only shows line charts and pie charts for forecast revenue and deal quantity.
