      I spent a significant amount of time setting up an account and creating an email campaign on ActiveCampaign. However, when I tested the email by sending it to my colleagues, some of them received it with all the images broken. I reached out to customer service and was told that my issue would be escalated to a technical team. Despite several days passing, I have not received any response. I've tried to contact them again through various means, but to no avail. I feel like I've wasted my time and energy on a service that doesn't work and lacks customer support when things go wrong. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering using this service. However, I have updated my rating to reflect the effort ActiveCampaign made to assist me after my complaint was escalated. A tech support person was assigned to my case and offered to help me with the technical issues I was experiencing.
