Cons from reviewers
-
Limited reporting capabilities: While Nutshell offers a range of reporting features, some users find these to be limited in scope and functionality, which can hinder detailed analysis and decision-making
-
Unreliable document storage: The platform used by Nutshell for storing documents is considered unreliable and difficult to manage by some users, which can hinder document accessibility and organization.
-
Unappealing interface: Despite being functional, the interface of Nutshell is not considered the most visually appealing by some users, which can impact user experience and engagement

-
Difficulty in keeping lead information separate: Nutshell groups together leads that share the same companies and people, even if they aren't relevant to each other. This can cause confusion and make it difficult to manage leads effectively

Satisfied with Nutshell: A Time-Saving, ROI-Boosting Tool
I'm pleased with my experience with Nutshell. I'd certainly recommend it as it's time-saving and yields a positive ROI. It's fairly user-friendly and its automated features are quite handy. I've gotten several big orders from my email campaigns, proving its value for money. However, I wish there were more templates as the current selection seems limited.

Ideal Startup Solution: Nutshell
I found Nutshell to be excellent in all aspects, from the sales process to deployment and ongoing support. I was impressed by its ease of use, seamless integration, exceptional customer support, and comprehensive documentation. It was also easy to learn. Although some features required improvement or expansion, I was assured that these were already in the works. After reviewing all major CRM solutions on the market, I chose Nutshell because it best suited our needs and was the easiest to deploy, migrate to, and maintain. We switched to Nutshell as we needed a more flexible solution that was tailored to our needs and environment. Being a startup, we couldn't afford to have someone managing our CRM full-time.

Unveiling Nutshell: Strengths and Weaknesses
My overall experience with Nutshell has been positive and satisfying, as it meets all our needs, especially in sales pipeline management. Its most beneficial feature is its sales pipeline management, which effectively manages every complex and tedious stage of sales. This feature also provides analytics and reporting capabilities for research and stakeholder presentations. However, there is a significant need for improvement in document storage as the platform used for storing documents is unreliable and difficult to manage. I chose Nutshell because it aligned with our current needs and budgets that could have been approved by the audit team. I switched to Nutshell for the same reasons.

Un Inside Look at Nutshell
Overall, I've seen an improvement in responses to our email marketing since using Nutshell. I find the product easy to use and value the ability to quickly create multiple email campaigns. However, I wish it had more detailed design features. I chose Nutshell mainly for its usability and seemingly more accurate data.

Exploring Nutshell: A User's Perspective
I've used various systems like Zoho, Hubspot, and Pipedrive, but I prefer Nutshell due to its flexibility and user-friendliness. I often use the 'Tags' feature for easy list segmentation and appreciate the multi-tag sorting ability. Importing from a spreadsheet is also simple. However, I find it inconvenient to add a tag into the system before uploading a contact spreadsheet. If the tag doesn't exist, the import fails, which is an additional step and a time-waster. I chose Nutshell for its affordability and ease of use, as Pipedrive lacks features like 'Tags'. I switched to Nutshell because Highrise was no longer being developed or supported.

Effortless to Navigate for CRM Novices
I use Nutshell to track our quotes and it's been instrumental in ensuring none slip through the cracks. It was simple to implement, even for a CRM novice like me, and it's user-friendly for basic tasks. However, I wish it had better capabilities for keeping lead information separate. Many leads share the same companies and people but aren't relevant to each other, and unfortunately, they all get grouped together. I opted for Nutshell because it was the most user-friendly and we didn't require all the features that other systems charge for.
