I consider WalkMe a fantastic tool with a multitude of features that aid in product adoption and onboarding issues resolution. It has extensive features that help in creating walkthroughs, onboarding lists, and tool tips. However, I find it challenging to navigate and locate items. I value the vendor's response and their suggestion to utilize the Customer Community and Playbook resources. They provide a plethora of resources and templates to optimize the use of their Digital Adoption Platform. I am excited to continue our discussions on the Customer Community.

One of the standout features of WalkMe is its ability to let our Customer Success and UX teams execute detailed user education without the need for extensive involvement from our engineering team. In my experience, user education often takes a backseat to new feature development and bug fixes. With WalkMe, we can swiftly implement changes without the need to involve the entire company. However, WalkMe is a comprehensive platform and mastering all its functionalities can be time-consuming. Unless you're skilled in JavaScript and CSS, you might find it challenging to get the jQuery selectors.
