Cutting-edge Software, Disappointing Customer Service and Unreasonable Price Hike
I found the FullStory software to be excellent - it was user-friendly and extremely helpful for debugging issues and monitoring usage abuse. However, I was let down by the service and pricing packages. The cost for the basic package was raised from $199 to $899, a 450% increase, which I found excessive. When I voiced my concern, particularly as I had referred a new client, they did not acknowledge my role as an existing partner bringing in a customer and did not make any concessions or offer me the old price as a one-time exception. Despite my loyalty as a customer and partner, no exception was made. I initially chose FullStory because it was easy to get started with and I could identify users by inputting certain parameters.

Fullstory gives me a solid understanding of how visitors interact with my website, highlighting their clicks and time spent. However, I believe the return on investment is low considering its cost. Of all its features, I only find the website session recording beneficial. After watching a few sessions, I can identify areas for optimization. But, additional recorded sessions don't seem to add much value. Also, it's not realistically possible to review all recorded sessions.

I'm absolutely thrilled with FullStory! I signed up for a full year's subscription from 5.7.219 to 5.7.22 and I was so impressed with their proactive approach. When I decided to cancel my subscription to avoid automatic renewal, they were quick to respond and immediately transitioned my account to a free plan. This meant I could still enjoy their services without any additional cost until my subscription ended on 5.7.22. What's more, they sent me a simplified invoice that was free of unnecessary details. It was so refreshing to see an invoice that was straightforward and easy to understand, without the usual clutter of addresses and company names. I'm confident that our tax authorities will appreciate this streamlined approach, saving me time and effort. I wholeheartedly recommend FullStory for their efficient service and customer-friendly approach. It's a joy to use their service!

I find FullStory to be an extremely useful tool for analyzing user experience on our website. It records live user interactions with our web application, capturing a range of valuable metrics that can be customized for further analysis. Integrating FullStory into our product was simple and straightforward, thanks to clear documentation and excellent customer support. I appreciate the built-in analysis trends that FullStory offers. It provides APIs for data extraction, but I wish I could transfer the collected metric data to an analytics platform like Tableau, which is currently not an option. I would suggest FullStory to consider incorporating an environment similar to Tableau for further data analysis. A drawback is that the stored metrics don't last beyond 90 to 100 days, so we had to write Java code to transfer data from FullStory to our databases. However, FullStory does provide APIs to facilitate this data transfer.
