Exceptional Support and Seamless Integration
Firstly, I have to mention that the customer service from Whatfix is the best I've ever experienced. They are quick to solve any problems and our account manager is always available to assist. Their customer support team is truly exceptional. Secondly, the integration with our CRM has been vital. It offers 24/7 support to our users and has decreased the number of support tickets. We can guide our users to Whatfix content for help or training, providing them with immediate support. I can't think of any downsides. Initially, there was a slight learning curve, especially with the tag functionality, but once you get used to the steps, creating content becomes fast and easy.

Thriving with Whatfix: A Game-Changer in User Onboarding!
We had difficulties onboarding users with our previous help center, but Whatfix's task list and guided walkthroughs have greatly enhanced this process. Since we started using Whatfix, we've seen a reduction in support tickets and phone calls. It's still early days, but it appears that users who joined post-Whatfix implementation are less likely to churn. I personally enjoy creating walkthroughs with Whatfix, but the standout feature is their exceptional customer support. My support specialist, Rep, is always ready to assist with everything from setup to maintenance. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the analytics functionality could be more comprehensive to help identify issues more easily. However, this is a minor issue as Rep has been extremely helpful in ensuring I understand how Whatfix is performing with our app.
