Overall, my experience with User Guiding has been excellent. It has boosted sales at Popupsmart through its smart analytics system. The more problems I identify, the quicker I can offer solutions to our customers. As a digital marketer with limited coding skills, User Guiding enables me to create and use onboard flows without any technical knowledge. I used to depend on multiple tools to segment my users based on their needs, browsing behaviors, and geographical locations, but User Guiding has proven to be a comprehensive tool for precise customer segmentation. Also, with the help of NPSs, I can clearly understand our customers' and leads' opinions, product experiences, and thoughts about us, allowing me to act based on the feedback we collect through User Guiding. Although they don't provide free chat on their website, the team is quick to respond via email and works hard to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

From the moment I began using UserGuiding, I was instantly attracted to its user-friendly environment. I managed to create onboarding pages for two separate sites, one in-house and one off-site, and received positive feedback for both. The software's user-friendly nature and its ease of use with GTM really stood out to me. Any changes or configurations I made on the site had immediate effects, which was incredibly helpful for improvement and maintenance. I was also impressed with the user interface. The staff's attentiveness and readiness to assist were praiseworthy. I didn't encounter any issues with the software, and even when I had a problem with custom configurations, the staff stepped in right away. I chose UserGuiding because it's a Turkish company that offers direct communication. The price-performance ratio was also very successful.
