In contrast, Outreach has a tiered pricing model that scales with the features and support level required, which can make it more suitable for larger organizations or those needing extensive customization and integration capabilities.
Another significant difference is in the user interface and usability. Outplay is known for its intuitive and clean interface that simplifies the user experience, making it easier for teams to adopt and use effectively without a steep...

Deceived, Majorly.
My Account Executive at Outreach did a good job, but the rest of the experience didn't meet my expectations. The software is visually appealing and less expensive than some competitors, but it's still pricey. I spent a year trying to resolve issues with my signature images not being sent, but despite numerous attempts and suggestions from their support team, I had no success. I was constantly told that this issue was unique to my business and not a problem for other clients using Outreach with Outlook. However, when I switched to another company that also uses Outreach, I faced the same problem. This made me question the company's integrity. The editing tool for templates and snippets is outdated and hard to use, with problems in spacing, character size, and overall formatting. I chose Outreach because of its cost and because MixMax didn't integrate with Outlook.

Outreach: The Ultimate Choice for Startup BDRs
My initial review of Outreach was not positive, but after reaching out to them one last time to resolve our issues, their response was absolutely incredible. The CEO himself was instantly responsive and I am still amazed that they took the time to assist a small start-up like ours with only four seats. Despite the problems we encountered, it was worth the time and effort to persist as it is the most intuitive and efficient tool for BDR's out there. I have tried several in an attempt to determine which would bring the most value to my teams, and Outreach is definitely it.

Outreach: The Ultimate Sales Tool I Swear By
I'm a big fan of Outreach and believe it should be utilized by all Sales, Marketing & Sales Development teams. I value its simplicity and automation features, which have revolutionized our sales strategy. It aids us in maintaining a steady rhythm in our communication efforts, such as emailing, calling, and sending LinkedIn messages. Without it, we would have difficulty keeping up with our client follow-ups. However, I do have a few minor issues with Outreach. For example, things often get stuck in failed & pending states without any alert, which we usually find out too late. I wish there were more proactive notifications for such events. I also wish they would enhance their interface for closing roles and marketing roles. While it works well for our SDRs, it would be difficult for our marketing and account executives to use the tool at the same time. I chose Outreach for its ease of use and increased security in mass emailing cadences. I switched to Outreach because it provides a more personalized approach.

Exemplary Customer Engagement and Outreach by a Top-Notch Company
I find this company to be incredibly engaging and top-notch in all aspects. They seem to prioritize customer feedback, which is a testament to their commitment to continuous improvement. Perhaps their active presence on social media is a modern approach to staying connected with their clients. It's this level of dedication that makes me consider deepening my business relationship with them.

Experiencing Growth and Support with Outreach CRM
As a sales rep who has had the opportunity to work with 3 different CRMs, I've never had the chance to interact so closely with a support team like I have with Outreach. The UI for outbound is unique, featuring a compact, focused window for sending emails. I've encountered a few challenges in recent months, including calls not being recorded or showing up in my activity, but these experiences have given me the opportunity to learn and grow. Just today, I had a scheduled call with Ayesha from the support team. Although she wasn't able to make it, I'm looking forward to rescheduling and connecting with her soon. I highly recommend this tool for its learning opportunities and close-knit support team.

Outreach Updates Disappoint, CSM Lacks Product Knowledge
I used to value Outreach's reporting and reliability, but recent updates have made these features non-functional. The software is now unreliable and frequently crashes. The live reporting feature has disappeared and even the CSM doesn't know that we can transfer calls. I now find it worthless.

A Huge Thank You to Openreach!
I'm extremely grateful to Openreach for addressing and repairing a faulty line in our school's intruder alarm system. I want to give a special shout-out to the engineer who arrived promptly and worked non-stop in the freezing cold. I rate their service 5 stars. Case 14174493.
