I appreciate the features and network stability of OpenPhone, which come at a low cost and help maintain organized relationships. The multiple options keep everything in one place and adding comments and important details to contact info is very streamlined. My work experience has been great. I do have a suggestion for OpenPhone - if a media section could be added for contacts, it would make accessing all files (photos, documents, etc.) easier without having to scroll extensively. This additional feature would be beneficial for everyone.

The mobile app is superb, user-friendly, and has an excellent UI. It enables me to make calls, send texts, and voicemails, with the snippets feature being especially helpful. OpenPhone is my preferred business phone solution, offering a range of features that no other software can match at this price. Their support is incredibly quick and responsive. The app provides everything needed to start a business from scratch, including call forwarding, round-robin, and the ability to add new numbers. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a power dialer to save time. Despite this, I absolutely adore this app.

Persistent Issues and Unhelpful Customer Service with OpenPhone
OpenPhone has a lot of potential with its features and user interface, but it falls short due to poor customer support and failure to deliver as promised. The core features don't function properly, with a bug in the call routing system preventing calls from reaching my team until I found a workaround. Another bug prevents us from sending SMS/MMS from our main phone number. We were not informed about this issue before porting our number into their system. Now, we're stuck with no progress for weeks.

I really enjoy using OpenPhone as it works flawlessly with minimal glitches. The customer service is outstanding and I find it convenient to view texts, calls, and voicemails from customers all in one place. Any team member can log into OpenPhone from their device and interact with customers through the app. However, there's a minor issue where sometimes the phone number isn't recognized as valid when I try to input it into documents, forcing me to use my personal number for certain administrative tasks. Despite this, I find OpenPhone to be a great customer-facing phone number for my business. I switched to OpenPhone because it's more affordable, offers better quality, and provides more reliable calls.
